All icings can be made with double cream or cream cheese but with an extra cost of £1.00 – please note these cakes will need to be consumed with in 3 days as they contain fresh creams! Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE THAT

- BASIC CAKES SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITH IN 5- 6 DAYS.

- FRESH FRUIT CAKES I.E UPSIDE DOWN PINEAPPLE CAKE, SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITH IN 3-4 DAYS.

- CAKES WITH FRESH CREAM SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITH IN 3 DAYS AND SHOULD BE KEPT COLD.

PUTTING CAKES IN THE FRIDGE MAY DRY OUT CAKES AND MAKE THEM GO STALE QUICKER, SO NONE CREAM CAKES, KEEP WRAPPED IN CLING FILM FOR FRESHNESS. ONCE THE CAKE IS CUT IT WILL LOSE MOISTURE, SO CUT THE CAKE AND WRAP!
